Shipping Policy

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days from date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped, and tracking information through email or phone (if opted-in during checkout). 
Once a package has been delivered to the United States Post Office (USPS) and a tracking number has been sent, Stone Soapery is no longer held liable for missing packages, damaged packages, or package delays. 
Due to COVID-19 USPS has seen significant shipping delays. Please be patient with your order. If you order does not arrive within two weeks (14 days) please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. 

Incorrect Information
Stone Soapery is not held responsible for incorrect shipping information. All packages will be shipped to addresses given by Customer at checkout. If Customer needs to change the address given at checkout please email us at StoneSoapery@gmail.com. If address changes should occur, Stone Soapery cannot guarantee package will be shipped on time (1 - 3 business days).
